We are the Society of Women in TeCHnology, celebrating and supporting women in audio! At 5:30, you can come meet and mingle with some amazing women in the industry, or just take a break from the day's events right before the Heyser Lecture. We will have some snacks, and you can also hear about some of the exciting things we are planning including starting a mentoring program for women in all aspects of audio. SWiTCH empowers women to succeed in technology related fields, be it academic or professional, with an emphasis on music technology and the industry and arts professions. Come share ideas, network, or just relax after a day of workshops or working the exhibit floor. Again, we will be at the Javits Center, 5:30-7pm on Friday, October 21st Room 1A03!
