Seeking LMSW/LCSW for challenging FULL TIME position as an EVENING Medical Social Worker at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, Queens, providing patient assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning functions in the hospital setting. This position requires working with all ages and populations within the hospital.
The appropriate candidates must be self-motivated and organized individuals who thrive on working in a fast paced environment. NYS license/Limited Permit required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

This position is an EVENING position. The hours can be discussed and there may be some flexibility to the schedule (ex. 11:30-8pm; 12:30-9pm; 1:30-10pm or 2:30-11pm). The Shift also can also be Mon through Fri, Tues through Sat, or Sunday through Thursday. As this is an evening position there is a 10% salary differential for all evening hours worked.
