Hey everyone. I am sorry it has been so long since I posted. Life moves fast. Let’s jump right back in.
“What is ‘dro’ weed, and how is it different from regular weed?”
“Dro” weed, or as it is also known, “Hyrdro,” or “Hydroponic,” is a strain of marijuana that refers to the method in which it is grown. Unlike regular marijuana which is grown in regular soil like any other plant, “dro” is often grown in other substances like pearlite to aid drainage and discourage pest infestations. The marijuana is regularly pumped, using a timed system, with water and other nutrients.
This method is preferable for farmers due to the increased control the farmer has over every stage of the growth, and it’s increased yield compared to the limited space it requires.
If you have any other questions about alcohol, weed, or any other substances, or if you just need someone to talk to, come see me in room 408A. Everything we talk about is confidential, unless it appears that something could be a danger to someone in the community. Have fun and stay safe!
