Q: Where is the G-Spot, and what is it?
A: The G-Spot is a small area of spongy tissue behind the pubic bone and surrounding the urethra (also called the urethral sponge). During sexual arousal, this tissue becomes swells with fluid. Stimulation of this area may lead to orgasm and/or ejaculation of the fluid through the urethra. The G-Spot is named for Ernest Grafenberg, a German gynecologist who originally wrote about it.
(Hint: to feel the G-spot, touch the front wall of the vagina and press towards the belly button. It may be felt about two inches up the vagina, not as high up as the cervix. It may feel like a soft, spongy patch of tissue. It is easier to find when a woman is sexually aroused.)
Q: How can I stop premature ejaculation?
A: This is a common dissatisfaction; there are, however, are many techniques that can help.
Men can gain control over premature ejaculation by practicing some strategies including:
- Ejaculate more frequently: sometimes men can delay ejaculation when they are having more frequent orgasms; if partner sex is not a viable ooption, frequent masturbation to orgasm can help.
- Come again: a couple can experiment with continuing sexual interaction after the man's ejacultion, then continue intercourse when his erection returns.
- Change positions: increased muscle tension is typically related to a more rapid orgasm, thus many men gain control by lying on their backs and relaxing.
- Stop-Start Technique: a treatment technique for premature ejaculation, consisting of stimulating the penis, either manually or orally, to the point of impending orgasm and then stopping until the preejaculatory sensations subside. The technique allows the man to become familiar with and ultimately control his ejaculatory reflex. These sessions generally last 15-30 minutes and occur as often as once a day for several days or weeks. During each session the couple repeats the stimulation and the stop- start procedure several times and then allows ejaculation to occur on the lsat cycle. A man working with this technique usually experiences immediately observable benefits. As his ejaculatory control improves, the couple can progress to intercourse. The steps are:
- 1. The man puts his penis in the woman's vagina and lies quietly for several moments before beginning slow movements.
- 2. When he begins to feel close to orgasm, they lie quietly again
- 3. This stop-start intercourse technique is continued as the man experiences progressively better ejaculatory control The key advantage is the inevitable communication the occurs when two people treat the problem together.
(A man can also benefit from practicing this technique on himself during solo masturabtion sessions.) - 1. The man puts his penis in the woman's vagina and lies quietly for several moments before beginning slow movements.

I would also add for premature ejaculation, it helps if you can control the pace. Slow down if you need to, and like Vera said, it's okay to stop for a few seconds to let the sensitivity go down. There also condoms that have a some benzocaine inside that reduce the sensitivity.

I would also add that Premature Ejaculation is totaly curable once the correct source of the problem is treated.

Masturbating before sex is a little obvious. Most premature ejaculators do that, but it usually doesn't help, and that goes the same for changing positions.
It's necessary to relearn how to properly ejaculate. Throughout the years of growing up, many men have trained themselves into masturbating as quickly as possible.
The stop-and-go technique is a great place to start learning how to delay your ejaculation.
