ITS is working to upgrade the Blackboard learning management system and have a new version of NYU Blackboard available during the 2008-09 academic year. The newer version will provide some additional features to the community.
This blog will post information and announcements on the upgrade as the project
progresses.

For a preliminary list of some of the anticipated features that will be available as part of this upgrade, see the New Features and Enhancements post in this blog.
There is also a more detailed article about the upgrade of Blackboard in the most recent edition of the Connect print magazine, available in most departments and at the ITS Client Services Center, 10 Astor Place, 4th Floor.
