I've been busy this week planning an event for DPE that will take place on November 6th at The Wasserman Center. Details coming soon (still a few to finalize), but it will cover trends in Learning & Development by means of a panel discussion.
And of course there are...article reviews! I have one due on Monday as well as another assignment.
Today, I applied for a trainer position at a great NY non-profit that assists immigrant professionals transitioning into the US workforce. (Cross your fingers, please?)
In class tonight we're discussing Artificial Intelligence, but I'll likely write an entry on that topic tomorrow, so you'll have to wait.
On an exciting, can't wait, vacation-note:
I'm getting ready to travel to Merida, Mexico for a week starting next Tues.
I can't wait to see the pyramids and I'll be sure to share.
Even more, I can't wait to see my friends Urs & Angela (she's an NYU Gallatin alum '00) who's travelling all the way from New Zealand for a mutual friends' nuptuals.
They are very jealous of my direct flight from JFK. I think they're in transit for 36hrs!
Ah well, signing off to head to the library.
