         <title>Greene Street</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p>Verizon will be opening up Greene Street north of West 4th Street in order to clear a conduit obstruction.  They are scheduled to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday of this week.  Weekend work is scheduled to consist of replacing cobblestones.  </p>

<p>Tenants will be directed to use the stairs and elevators to the upper concourse level of 40 West 4th Street (Tisch Hall) to gain access to the elevators into 44 West 4th Street (KMC).<br />

         <title>10 Washington Place</title>
         <description><![CDATA[<p>Beginning <strong>Wednesday, November 11, 2009</strong> a boom truck will remove and replace the water tank on the roof of 10 Washington Place. Pieces of the old water tank will be removed and a new tank will be delivered via the same truck.  Work is expected to be completed by <strong>Friday, November 13, 2009</strong>.</p>

<p>The street will remain open to traffic during this time.</p>]]></description>
