First you sign up with a Gmail account, or use your existing Gmail account.
Second, log into http://docs.google.com/ .
Third, create a new Document.
Fourth, save your document.
And the Last step is to publish your document to your blog, by selecting "Publish as a web page" from the Share menu. You will have to enter your blog's settings, so be prepared to tweak things a bit.
